一、 项目概况
Project survey
上海伯乐电路板有限公司青浦新厂腐蚀及电镀生产线将产生90m3/h的各种工作液废水及冲洗废水,其中低COD含重金属冲洗废水由于其它杂质含量低,采用混凝沉降-微滤膜法将重金属离子去除后,出水水质指标甚至可以优于自来水,十分适于用作反渗透处理的源水。回用水用作纯水系统的源水不仅节省了自来水的用量,而且减少了排污,经济效益十分显著。
根据伯乐公司生产线产生的冲洗废水的水量及水质指标,可分流出36m3/h以上的低COD含重金属冲洗废水进行微滤处理。采用美国DURAFLOW公司的微滤膜,设计出水量为36m3/h以上。
Parlex ( Shanghai ) Co., Ltd will produce 90m3/d wastewater includind the rise water and baths. Among them, heavy metal rinse water containing low COD, after being treated through coagulation and settling, can be treated through microfilter and the output water can be used as feed water of RO. This can not only sve the city water but reduce the pollution.
According to the water quality and quantity index in Parlex, we select 36m3/h low COD wastewater to conduct microfiltration treatment. We adopt Duraflow membranes and the designed treatment capability is 36m3/h.
根据伯乐公司提供的生产线冲洗废水的水质、水量等数据资料,结合我们在各类电子废水回用处理方面的工程经验,提出了下面技术方案,供有关评审专家及技术人员参考。
After reciving the invitation and water quality and quantity index from Parlex, combining our abundant experience in the field of electroplating wastewater treatment, we submit the proposal as followed for your reference.
二、设计原则
Design principal
1、根据伯乐公司提供的冲洗废水的水量和水质指标,采取针对性强、效果显著、运行成本低的微滤处理技术以达到回用于反渗透法制备纯水的目的;
According to the water quality and quantity provided by Parlex, we adopt low operational microfilter to treat it and then it can be used as feed water of RO.
2、按照生产线排放的冲洗废水的水质指标,采用科学合理的分流方案,分流出36m3/h的低COD含重金属冲洗废水,特别适于微滤膜处理,提高微滤膜的产水量并延长其使用寿命。
According to the rinse wastewater quality index, we adopt scientific distributary project. The 36m3/h low COD heavy metal rinse water is very suitable for microfilter and can help to prolong the membranes’ life.
3、选用美国DURAFLOW公司的废水专用微滤膜,PVDF材质,抗氧化、耐强酸碱、清洗方便。DURAFLOW 微滤膜采用特殊工艺制造,表面平整光滑、微孔率高,可在100磅的冲击压力下正常运行,不会出现滤膜破裂、颗粒穿透现象,使用寿命可达10年之久。
We select Duraflow membrane for wastewater treatment, its material is PVDF and can be cleaned conveniently. The membranes are produced under the special technology, its smooth surface can make the membranes not crack when the pressure reaches 100 pounds. The life can reach 10 years.
4、采用有效的预处理工艺及化学药剂,包括混凝剂、助凝剂、重金属捕集剂、活性炭吸附剂等,确保出水水质(电导率、pH值、COD等)完全适用于反渗透系统。
We adopt effective pretreatment technology and chemicals, including coagulant, assistant coagulant, heavy metal trapper, activated carbon powder to ensure the water quality can totally meet the RO feed water requirement.
5、系统所用主要设备选用质量可靠、运行稳定的世界著名品牌,包括整套微滤系统、泵、pH计、搅拌机、PLC程序控制等,同时满足防腐、流量、压力的要求。关键设备采用一用一备或几用一备的方式,并充分考虑操作和维护的方便。
All the equipment is chosen under the principle of good quality, and the key equipment is chosen in the way of “1 for use 1 for spare “or “some for use and 1 for spare”. The pump, pH meter and agitator are all world famous brand.
三、设计依据
Design basis
1、处理量:

整套系统的设计处理能力36m3/h,实际可根据用水量分批安装微滤膜,使产水量逐步达到36 m3/h以上。
Total capacity of the system is 36m3/h. There are 2 sets. The each system treatment capacity is 18 m3/h. The installation of the membranes can be conducted in different phases to make the treatment ability gradully reach 36 m3/h.

(2) 整套微滤处理系统由PLC程序根据处理水量、pH值、水箱液位、反应及沉降时间等全自动控制,保证最终出水达到反渗透系统的进水要求。
The whole system will be controlled by PLC according to the water quantity, pH, liquid level and reaction time.
四、设计方案
Project design
1、工艺流程
Technology flowchart
整套回用系统产水量为36m3/h,具体流程如下:低COD重金属冲洗水均自流进入收集池,由气动隔膜泵泵入微滤处理系统1级pH调节池(36m3/h),在1级pH调节池内加碱调节pH值到7.0~8.0左右,然后投加絮凝剂,同时进行搅拌。出水进入2级pH调节池,投加碱将pH值调节到8.0~9.0左右并搅拌,然后投加助凝剂进行混凝反应。如有必要,需投加一定量的重金属捕集剂。经过混凝反应后,由水泵泵入微滤系统,微滤出水进入pH调节兼清水收集池,作为后序反渗透RO进水水源达到回用目的。微滤系统中的浓水回流至浓缩池,并不断进行循环,浓缩池内的污泥浓度随着循环而不断提高,由污泥输送泵送入圆锥形污泥沉淀池。最后由污泥泵泵入板框压滤机进行污泥压滤,滤饼装袋外运。微滤膜配有2套清洗装置,分别用清水冲洗和清洗剂清洗,保证其具有正常产水量。清水池水由输送泵根据出水电导率分别送至RO系统源水箱(小于1000µS/cm)或总排水pH调节池(大于1000µS/cm)。整套系统由PLC程序根据液位,pH值实现全自动运行,压滤机通过液压装置完成压紧,自动保压,手工卸料。
The whole recycle system treatment capacity is 36m3/h. Low COD heavy metal inse water will be collected in the equalization tank, then will be pumped into first pH adjustment tank. In first pH adjustment tank, we will add alkali to adjust the pH value around 7.0~8.0 and add coagulant while mixing. The output water from first pH adjustment tank will enter the second pH adjustment tank. In the second pH adjustment tank, alkali will be added to adjust the pH value around 8.0~9.0 while mixing, if necessary, heavy metal trapper will also be added. The rinse water after double stage pH adjustment will enter concentration tank, the upper comparatively clean water will be pumped into microfilter system and the permeated water is collected in the clean water tank while the concentrated water return to the concentration tank for recirculation. The sludge in the concentration tank can enter the sludge storage tank firstly, then be pressed through plate-frame press filter and cake will be disposed. The output water from clean water will be pumped into the RO system accordind to its conductivity ( If the cond is less than 1000, it can enter the RO, if not, it will enter final tank ) The whole system is automatically operated by PLC.
2、主要设备设计选型及参数
Main equipment design and selection:
(1) pH调节池
pH adjustment tank:
微滤前处理的一、二级pH调节池按停留时间20分钟设计,有效容积均为12.0M3,尺寸为φ2500×2500mm。材质为PP加厚(20mm),耐强酸碱腐蚀,共2个。配有日本TOHO固定型搅拌机,型号为TGM-220-10,搅拌量为12.0m3,功率为2.2kw,搅拌桨为不锈钢316L材质。
Retention time is 20 minutes, volume is 12m3 and material is PP. Each tank is installed with a mixer ( TOHO Japan), type: TGM-220-10, maximum agitation quantity: 12.0m3, power: 2.2kw the material of agitation oar is SS316L.
(2) 微滤浓缩池
Concentration tank:
进水在微滤浓缩池的停留时间为20分钟,有效容积均为12.0M3,尺寸为φ2500×2500mm。材质为PP加厚(20mm),耐强酸碱腐蚀,共1个。

(3) 微滤膜组件
Microfilter membranes:
采用美国Duraflow 公司DF-415微滤膜, 1支10芯装,每支在操作压力40psi下产水5GPM,共采用36支膜,总产水量为180 GPM(40.8t/h),完全满足要求。
We adopt Duraflow DF-415 microfilter membranes. 36 10-tube modules. Each module can produce 5GPM water under the pressure of 40psi. Total treatment capacity is 180GPM, which is more than the actual capacity (40.8 m3/h), so it can meet the requirement.
(4) 微滤膜清洗水箱与冲洗水箱
Cleaning tank and rise tank:
采用2个体积为2000L的PE水箱分别作为微滤膜清洗水箱与冲洗水箱,可将36只微滤膜分3组进行清洗。冲洗水箱由自来水通过电动球阀自动补水,清洗水箱由电动蝶阀控制其循环清洗,清洗废水由气动泵送至一级pH调节池。
We adopt two 2000L PE tank as cleaning tank and rinse tank, which can clean 3 trains of membranes in the system independently. City water can enter the rinse tank through the electric ball valve and clean tank is controlled by butterfly valve.
(5) 污泥沉淀池
Sludge settling tank
污泥沉淀池为圆锥形池,池容积按浓缩16h,污泥浓度按1%进行核算。污泥沉淀池总高为2.5m,直径为2.0m,下端为圆锥形(高度为0.5米),有效容积为6.5m3。材质为加厚PP,厚度20mm。
The shape of the sludge settling tank is cone and concentration time is 16h. The effective volume is 6.5m3 .The material is PP with adding ply and the ply is 20mm.
(6)泵
Pump
A、微滤系统收集池提升泵选用德国VERDER气动隔膜泵,2用1备共3台,型号为:2′非金属气动隔膜泵VA50-PP-PP-SP-SP,进气压力100psi,出口扬程20m(流量104GPM,24M3/h)。

B、微滤系统清洗泵选用德国VERDER气动隔膜泵2台,型号为:1-1/2′非金属气动隔膜泵VA40-PP-PP-SP-SP,进气压力100psi,出口扬程30m(流量70GPM,16.0M3/h)。

C、污泥压滤泵选用德国VERDER气动隔膜泵1台,型号为:1-1/2′非金属气动隔膜泵VA40-PP-PP-SP-SP,进气压力70psi,出口扬程50m(流量45GPM,10.2M3/h)。
气动隔膜泵配有压缩空气过滤器和调压器,可根据需要调整泵的处理量和出水压力。

D、微滤系统浓缩循环泵选用美国ITT公司3196×17,4×6-17型污水泵,流量240m3/h,扬程40m, 功率45kw,耐酸碱腐蚀。扬程以及流量完全满足后面微滤系统的进水要求。
The process pump is ITT Goulds 3196×17,4×6-17. Flow: 240m3/h head: 40m N=45kw Head and flow can totally meet the requirement of microfilter.
E、 氢氧化钠加药泵采用德国VERDER公司1/2’特氟龙材质气动隔膜泵,型号为VA15-PP-PP-TF-TF,耐强酸碱腐蚀,进气压力70psi,出口扬程20m(流量10GPM,2.2M3/h)。硫酸加药泵选用美国MILTON ROY电磁驱动隔膜计量泵,型号为:P186,PVDF材质,流量为:0.12~12.1L/h,压力为:0.35Mpa,2台。

F、混凝剂及助凝剂加药泵选择美国MILTON ROY公司P186型计量加药泵,
PVC材质,最大加药量12.1L/h,最小加药量0.1L /h,出口压力0.35Mpa,2台。

(7)微滤出水pH调节池
pH adjustment for output water from microflter
有效容积均为12.0M3,尺寸为φ2500×2500mm。材质为PP,耐强酸碱腐蚀。配有日本TOHO固定型搅拌机,型号为TGM-220-10,搅拌量为12.0m3,功率为2.2kw,搅拌桨为不锈钢316L材质。
The effctive volume is 12.0M3,dimension is φ2500×2500mm, material is PP. The agitator is TGM-220-10, the maximun mixing capacity is 12.0m3,N=2.2kw.
(8)清水输送泵2台,丹麦GRUNDFOS,型号为:CR20-2,电压380V,功率2.2KW,所有与水接触部位均为不锈钢材质。流量20.0T/h时,0.20MPa压力。
Pump for clean water is GRUNDFOS CR20-2,the capacity is 20.0T/h and outlet pressure is 0.20MPa. Totally there are 2, for use .
